Service Description
This class takes you through your practice at a moderate pace It is a guided, moving meditation that combines a variety of creative and traditional postures, mindful transitions, and opportunities to balance and invert in a flowing manner. This class will often make available the chance to explore challenging postures, and will meet each student where he/she is by offering supportive methods and modifications that make the practice accessible to everyone. This class is practiced in a hot room and is all level friendly!
