Our Yoga Classes
At this time, classes are "all level" unless otherwise specified.
Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body, stretching them gently through mostly seated postures that are held for a longer duration of time. Yin is the perfect complement to other forms of yoga and exercise that are more rigorous, involving mostly muscular engagement. All levels friendly and is practiced without heat!
This class takes you through your practice at a moderate pace It is a guided, moving meditation that combines a variety of creative and traditional postures, mindful transitions, and opportunities to balance and invert in a flowing manner. This class will often make available the chance to explore challenging postures, and will meet each student where he/she is by offering supportive methods and modifications that make the practice accessible to everyone. This class is all level friendly!
Poses are held for a longer period of time (longer than yin) with the support of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets. A low intensity practice that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. The objective of restorative yoga is to completely relax the body in very comfortable postures. This class is all levels friendly and practiced in a room without heat.
Slow Flow / Hatha
A meditative form of vinyasa yoga to help you find space between poses. Slow flow helps you find the space between poses, while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Experience the more meditative and calming effects of a slow flow class, whilst continuing to reap the benefits of improved strength and flexibility. This class is all level friendly and practiced without heat.
Kick Your Asana
A high energy class combining balance and vinyasa style movement. You get in a full body workout with a burst of cardio. Expect to move at a good pace. Shapes are not held long in this class. This class is all level friendly and practiced in a hot room!
